I made this with some leftover pulled pork and bbq sauce that I had made the day before. The combination sounds a little weird but it did compliment together well. Its not my favorite way to eat a salad but I did enjoy it. If your craving some pulled pork and a salad, why not put it together?! Definitely something different. I may make again sometime.

I had all the ingredients from our last BBQ and it satisfied my pulled pork craving. I did however substitute the lettuce for shredded cabbage (leftovers, excluded the tomatoes, and used Marie's coleslaw dressing instead of ranch. MMmmmmm!
