Ingredients
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups ice
Directions
  • Add the pecans and dates to a blender and blend on high until finely ground, about 30 seconds. Add the yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, espresso powder, vanilla, cinnamon and ice to the blender and blend on high until completely blended and smooth. Pour and serve immediately.
