Works great with asparagus as well.

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
My husbands like asparagus better than broccoli so we tried that. Even my daughter liked it. This recipe also works great on... the grill. Just wrap it in foil and toss it on the grill for about 15 minutes.Read more

    Easy and delicious

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I never ever before ate broccoli that I liked. I'm one of those George Bush Sr. people who swear it smells... disgusting. Well, Rachel convinced me to try roasted asparagus, and that was an eye opener, and so I thought maybe roasting would do the trick for broccoli too, and it sure does. It was also very nice to find such and easy, tasty and dairy-free roasted broccoli recipe. Thanks a lot Rachel!!Read more

    Best Broccoli Recipe

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
My husband and I love this broccoli recipe. The spice and garlic flavors brighten up the mundane flavor of plain broccoli.... Roasting the broccoli in the oven also adds some nice flavor - much better than the boring steamed preparation. Plus, it is much healthier and flavorful than dousing it in cheese sauce. Thumbs up to Rachael Ray!Read more

The Best of the Best Broccoli -

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I prepared this and began sampling it while broiling steaks - suddenly (it seemed), almost half of it was gone! My friends... were pleased I had left a bit for them and each asked for the recipe which has, so far, been served to me four times. I am, definitely, addicted to this. Read more

    Good with Cajun Seasonings, Too

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
We had some leftover fresh broccoli from a Christmas get-together, so the next night we used this recipe and served the... roasted broccoli along with steaks and baked potato (my favorite!). We did not have the recommended seanoning on hand, so we sprinkled some Cajun seasoning blend instead and it was delicious. It was really easy to make and we'll be serving it again soon! We love you Rachael Ray!Read more
