    The whole family LOVED them

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I doubled the recipe because I have a large family and we are big eaters. I used a bit too much cheese, but nobody seemed to... mind. These were excellent and will make again and again. LOVED them.Read more

    Be Careful...

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
I ate half the muffins in one sitting!!!! These muffins are good... maybe too good. I can't let myself make these too often... as they're probably not very healthy. But man, oh man, are they delicious! I only cook for myself, so I put the leftover muffins in a ziploc bag, and they still tasted great the next day. Thanks Rachael Ray!!Read more

Tasty...bacon is wonderful, a bit dry...

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
It was very good, and tasty, AND i adored the bacon in them. I found them a bit dry, to be honest. But, talk about easy! I am... 13, and i made them all by myself.Read more

    Not bad

Rated: 3 stars out of 5
No one liked these but me in my family! I didnt think they were that bad but i dont think id do it again just for me. Their... biggest complaint was that they fell apart and kinda had a grainy texture, kinda like cornbread. We all expected a more soft muffin texture. IT could totally be my fault but i did everything by the book so i dont know. But overall they werent bad, i loved all the cheese. Read more

    Great Combination

I absolutely loved this recipe! Another hit for Rachael. I made the entire meal from this episode. I substituted fresh chives... for dried chives and it worked really well. I will definitely keep this recipe. Read more

    Delish!!!

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
These are so easy and soooo good. I didn't use paprika because I like the sweetness of corn muffins. The cheese, bacon and... chives combine nicely. My husband ate the whole batch!Read more
