Ingredients

  • Fudge sauce, heated in small bowl in microwave
  • Fudge swirl ice cream
  • 4 Moon Pies, coarsely chopped
  • Whipped cream

Directions

For each sundae, layer: hot fudge sauce, 1 scoop ice cream, moon pie pieces, a second scoop of ice cream, fudge sauce, whipped cream.

    I made what I call a Harvest Moon Sundae. I had strawberry flavored moon pies that I used. I used vanilla ice cream,... strawberry ice cream topping, It was a hit. I have also used the banana flavored moon pies, vanilla ice cream an caramel topping. That one was my mom's favorite. I know it is simple but sometimes when you are cooking something that is time consuming this dessert is easy and who doesn't love ice cream?Read more
