Good flavors. Lime and onion work well together. I made it with instant brown rice. Next time I would definitely double the recipe. Would be good as a stir fry with chicken and soy sauce. Yum!

Prepared this for the first time for an impromptu BBQ with several friends. It was quick and easy. Everyone enjoyed it and commented that the lime flavor really came through.
