You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 2 pints vanilla ice cream
  • 4 wafer cookies or pirouline cookies

Directions

Place peanut butter in a small pan and melt gently over low heat. Remove lid to hot fudge sauce and place the jar in microwave to heat through. Scoop vanilla ice cream into small dessert bowls or glasses and top with even amounts of peanut butter then fudge sauce. Garnish sundaes with wafer or pirouline cookies.

    I had to come up with an easy dessert to fix at the Island club (that's a club on an island on the Mississippi River. Leave it to Rachael to have the perfect one! I did toast some slivered almonds & walnuts & and added a sprinkle of cinnamon on them before putting the nuts on the ice cream. That was really good! The sundaes were a hit! Thanks for great ideas & a fun show. Teena

    I love this recipe. Only, I made mine low carb. I took some vanilla Carb Freedom ice cream, crunchy peanut butter, and sugar free hot fudge. I also added some extra creamy whipped cream on top. It was absolutely delicious, and healthy too!
