Photo: Fry Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Hot sauce, for spice, optional
Directions
Measure out the ketchup and mayonnaise into a bowl and mix together. If you want it spicy, add dashes of hot sauce to taste. Serve with fries!

I have been making a sauce like this for years. I use worcestershire sauce, and Vidalia Onion Relish in mine! Everyone loves it!

Although this recipe is good the way it is, real Utah fry sauce also has some pickle juice in it which takes it over the top. Definitely try it with the pickle juice, though it is "okay" without it too.
