Delicious! I'm trying to turn my family's eating habits around, and this recipe was a great tool for getting everyone on board!

The peaches with the honey are execellent, but preparing them for vegans was a bit of a challenge. I substituted the honey with agave nectar. Even though I'm not vegan, I thought the agave nectar gave it a very good taste.

I had to prepare the peaches before dinner, so I decided to sprinkle some cinnamon and honey on them - almost like a light marinade.

After I took the peaches off the grill pan, I added a scoop of vanilla ice cream along with the honey and granola, plus some blueberries.

    It was amazing!
