Added chopped mushroom, red pepper, scallions, garlic, butter, a generous portion of cracked black pepper and a bit of salt. Tasty--light---vegetable. :-

Can't get any simpler, and my home grown snow peas stole the show. Added 1 T chopped fresh mint.
