This recipe is amazing. The reason as to why I am giving it four out of five stars is because I have yet to the sauce. Though I made a few modficiations, the turkey burgers still came out moist and light. I actually split the recipe in half since I am only cooking for one and still managed to make three burgers out of the mixture. I much rather eat this for lunch rather than food out the vending machine at school tomorrow. I definately plan on making these burgers again in the future.
I made the following modifications to the burger. Rather than bacon bits,I chopped up some canadian bacon, sauteed it and added it to the mixture instead. I didn't have poultry seasoning so I used the all purpose seasoning in which I had on hand.

Another incredibly delicious and easy recipe from Sandra Lee. Burger was moist and quite flavorful and not ordinary at all. This recipe is frequently made at our house!

Very good. I added a dash of hickory smoke flavor and a bit of worcestershire sauce to tame the sweetness a bit.
