After watching Sandra's episode on fast food at home, I had to give the fries a try. The fries were a hit! I don't have much experience with frying so I didn't know how the meal would turn out. My daughter gave the fries a thumbs up and came back for more. My husband has made fries before, but mine this time surpassed his earlier attempts! Sandra gave a few helpful hints like washing the cut fries and making sure they were dry before frying. Easy directions. A bit time consuming for me because I sliced the russets by hand and I may have had a smaller pan for frying them.
