Mango Melon Bites
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt-free lemon and pepper seasoning (recommended: McCormick)
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes
- 1 (6-ounce) package smoked ham slices, sliced in half and folded like an accordion
- 2 cups refrigerated precut mango chunks (recommended: Ready Pac)
- 2 cups refrigerated precut watermelon chunks (recommended: Ready Pac)
Use a toothpick to skewer a grape, a folded ham slice a mango chunk or watermelon chunk. Repeat until all ingredients are used alternating each skewer with a chunk of mango and watermelon. Serve on a platter with the dipping sauce.
