- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 8 ounces ginger ale
- Ice, for serving
Combine the mint leaves, sugar, orange juice concentrate, and a splash of ginger ale in a measuring cup. Crush the mixture with a spoon and add the remaining ginger ale.
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, strain the ginger ale mixture over the ice. Add more ginger ale, if needed, to fill the glass. Serve immediately.
