Very good and delicious! I did add the zest and juice of a lemon to give it some acid, which I highly recommend. This would be great to take for a potluck or dinner to a friend in the summer. SO easy!

This salad is perfect, as written. I know people have different taste buds, but feta is a personal taste. Give it a chance! This is my "go to" recipe for Quinoa Salad. Adding or detracting different ingredients is personal, also. Thanks, Sandra!
