I have made this recipe ALOT over the last year and it never fails! I have swapped out all low-fat or fat free ing. and like it even better than full fat. It's almost like an adult chocolate milk but better.

I used Bosco's chocolate syrup, Jameson's Irish Whiskey and Nescafe. This came out much better than I expected.

Although this was a St. Patrick's Day drink it is a great alternative to egg nog around the holidays! This drink is AMAZING! Like a chocolate milkshake with alcohol. I never really taste the coffee so if you like the coffee taste then add a little extra. I don't usually like coffee but I put the dose in anyway because I don't want to change ANYTHING about how terrific this tastes! Everyone asks for the recipe and one batch is NEVER enough for a party! My guests drink it up! Also, I usually make the night before only because it's easier for me that way.
