Yogurt Parfait Bar
- 2 quarts vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup boysenberry jam
- 1/2 cup peach jam
- 2 cups granola
- 2 cups puffed rice cereal
- 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 cup toasted coconut
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Divide the yogurt evenly among 3 bowls. To 1 of the bowls of yogurt, add the strawberry jam, to the next add the boysenberry jam and the peach jam to the third bowl. Mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Divide the remaining ingredients into individual bowls. When you are ready to serve, line up some small glasses, the bowls of yogurt and the bowls of toppings. Place spoons in each of the bowls and let your guests layer their own parfaits.
