Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry sauce (use homemade or store-bought cranberry sauce)
  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 brie triangle, chilled

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Thaw puffy pastry sheet flat. Cut puff pastry sheet into approximately 3-inch squares and place them into mini muffin tins, pressing them into the shape of the muffin hole. Place a 1-inch slice of brie in the center of each puff pastry and then top it with approximately 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce.

Bake 10 minutes or until puff pastry corners are toasted light brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

    Awesome!

I made these for a b-day party. I used mini puff pastry phyllo cups (store bought). I put a 1/2 inch piece of brie in the... cup and made sure that I filled it up with cranberry sauce. I baked it for 5 mins and served. I made over 95 of these for 30 people and I couldn't make them fast enough! Everyone loved them! I will be making them again for Thanksgiving.Read more

    Super easy and good

These are so great as appetizers. On the show they rolled out the puff pastry, but it isn't mentioned in the recipe. Make... sure to roll the dough thinner or else the pastry won't bake all the way through before it gets too brown. Just don't overload the mini muffin cups and they will turn out great. I use a little less than 1 Tbl. of sauce and a 1/2 domino size of brie so they don't bubble over.Read more
