Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry sauce (use homemade or store-bought cranberry sauce)
  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 brie triangle, chilled

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Thaw puffy pastry sheet flat. Cut puff pastry sheet into approximately 3-inch squares and place them into mini muffin tins, pressing them into the shape of the muffin hole. Place a 1-inch slice of brie in the center of each puff pastry and then top it with approximately 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce.

Bake 10 minutes or until puff pastry corners are toasted light brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

A stuck to the pan mess!

Rated: 2 stars out of 5
I made these for the first time for Thanksgiving and they wouldn't come out of the mini muffin pan. I didn't grease the pan... because I thought there was enough fat in the puff pastry and the recipe made no mention about having to do so. I had to pry them out with a knife-what a mess! Next time I'll stick to the brie en croute recipe from pepperidge farm-it's easier and less clean up. Read more

    Awesome!

I made these for a b-day party. I used mini puff pastry phyllo cups (store bought). I put a 1/2 inch piece of brie in the... cup and made sure that I filled it up with cranberry sauce. I baked it for 5 mins and served. I made over 95 of these for 30 people and I couldn't make them fast enough! Everyone loved them! I will be making them again for Thanksgiving.Read more
