1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes (as small as possible)

1 pint red cherry tomatoes (as small as possible)

2 blocks fresh mozzarella, preferably mozzarella di bufala (cubed)

1 bunch fresh basil

Balsamic vinegar



  1. On decorative toothpick skewer one cherry tomato, a basil leaf and a cube of mozzarella. Serve with varieties of marinated olives, sliced Italian meats and breadsticks.
