Directions

Use a paring knife to prick squash all over. Place in a baking dish and bake 1 hour or until soft. Cut squash in half. Scoop out and discard seeds. Using a fork, scrape flesh in strings into a serving bowl. Toss with Parmesan and butter and season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Delish! This is my favorite way to eat spaghetti squash, the only thing I did differently was to add some garlic (because I LOVE it. Soo good and very healthy!

    Loved it. My daughter loved it too!! The only thing missing was the temp of the oven. So I went with 400. So good!

    I love speghetti squash and this recipe is a keeper. To make it a bit more healthy, I used half butter and half olive oil. Also I added in some fresh garlic, parsley and basil....yummy!!!
