Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 mangos, cubed
- 2 avocados, cubed
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a large serving bowl, whisk together vinegar, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. Slowly whisk in oil. Toss in mangoes, avocado and red onion to coat. Serve immediately.

I had been meaning to make this for quite some time and finally did--it was SOOO good!! Excellent flavor combinations, will definitely be making this again. Just be sure you know how to pick the "perfect" avocados and mangos, because the textures are really a big part of what can make or break this dish. Wonderful and easy to make :-

This. Was. AMAZING. Seriously. Served it with veracruz-style tilapia and it was the perfect compliment. So easy, so perfect. What a wonderful summer salad.
