This Recipe Was Sooo Easy to make, if your looking up a recipe with beef strips you already have everything you need to make this dish. It was so delicious, I had a house full of hungry men who enjoyed it to the last drop. The bacon was a nice touch I would have never thought about. Delicious!!!!

I usually look for recipes that include most ingredients that I have lying around the house. I made this dish for dinner and not only was is quick but it was filling. A hint for using the leftover bacon (since the recipe doesn't tell you what to do with it after removing it and leaving the drippings... make sure you crumble it up and mix it in the grits!! It makes a nice crunchy addition to the meat and gravy! You could replace the steak with pork sausage and make this a breakfast treat as well!! D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!!!
