Fabulous prepared with no alterations. Love the idea that there is so much potential to play with this recipe. Can't wait to try it again, soon. Thank you Tyler.

This recipe is simple and delicious. Everyone loved it, including the children. I cut the potatoes into 1-inch chunks and added some roughly chopped onion before roasting. It turned out to be very tasty. Will make again for sure.

Made these potatoes tonight for dinner...they were absolutely delicious, and so very easy to make! Great idea for a dinner party or when you need to throw something quick together and still want to impress your guests. Also highly recommended for "beginners" you can't go wrong with this recipe... Tyler Florence Rocks!
