Located just outside of Louisville, Fincheville Farms has been curing and processing country hams since 1947. The hams, which Bobby says are delicious, are dry-cured using salt, pepper and brown sugar, aged, and sold to be used in a variety of dishes, including sandwiches, casseroles and salads.
