When you’re in Jersey City and looking to enjoy epic food and drinks in rustic digs, head over to Hamilton Pork. The Kung POW Wings are smoked for two hours and then fried and tossed in the restaurant’s secret Kung POW sauce (an almost 10-year-old recipe), and the Philly Taco is composed of brisket smoked for 17 hours, pickled jalapeno, sauteed onion, and the same cheese sauce that stars in the mac and cheese found elsewhere on the menu.
