Best friends Lily Fischer and Nima Etemadi started A Cupcake Wonderland in Philadelphia and went on to Cupcake Wars, where they made a Spider-Man cupcake that is still sold today. This apricot, currant and kale fruitcake comes topped with pumpkin-cream cheese frosting and an oat-molasses cookie.
