But First, Let Me Take a Selfie

While at the Got to Be NC Festival in Raleigh, N.C., Anthony attended the pig races, competed in the strong man contest and even saved some time for a few rides. Anthony held a camera in front of himself the whole time to catch his reactions.

Counting on the Kids

After a few rides, Anthony tasted the Belt Buster — which included three different chocolate candies, bacon and icing — but needed help when it came to figuring out how to eat it. "Come here, guys. Show me how we're supposed to eat this!" Anthony said. Their strategy ended up being remarkably simple.

Dare to Drive

"Now it's time to burn some rubber at the Sacramento County Fair," Anthony said. He tried his luck in the demolition derby. After spinning the tires in the mud and taking a few laps, he was ready for more festival fare.

Country Strong

"I've never milked a cow before, so I need to know how to do this the right way," Anthony said. A local boy stepped up to the task and guided him through the process. Anthony was successful, thanks to the boy's help. "Man, this kid does not mess around!" Anthony said.

Sumo Smackdown

At Parker Days in Parker, Colo., Anthony suited up for a sumo battle. Although the first point went to his competitor, Anthony won the next two rounds and took home bragging rights. It was not without a price, though. "Somebody call a doctor!" Anthony said after taking down his rival.

Heart Attack on a Plate

While visiting with the locals, Anthony discovered something even he hadn't spotted. It's a simple dish made with just chips, cheese and bacon — a lot of chips, cheese and bacon. "Sounds like a heart attack," Anthony said.

Please Sir, I Want S'more

The seven-layer s'more sundae was no easy eat, so Anthony had to get his hands dirty in the back. He helped make a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookie dough, which is used in two of the layers. "You've outdone yourself with this," Anthony told the creator.

Pintsize Protege

Anthony got approached by lots of fans as he wandered around festivals this summer, but he made a point to stop and take a photo with this little guy, who was checking out the eats in San Diego.

The Yolk's on You

Some festival fans at Alameda County Fair in California agreed to an egg contest judged by Anthony. Some of the eggs were hard-boiled and some were raw, but these guys didn't find out which until they smashed them against their heads.
