Pork Roast Problems in Fishers, IN

Tyler Florence takes a trip to Indiana to give Irene the lowdown on how to prepare a delicious, tender and moist pork roast. They start off by marinating the pork roast in a brown sugar brine, then roast it to perfection smothered in fresh thyme sprigs.
