Nigella's Christmas Kitchen: The Big Freeze

In the nights before Christmas nothing stirred.. with the possible exception of Nigella's Lychee Martini! Made with vodka frozen to within an inch of its life. This Christmassy stiffener sets Nigella up for her freezer filling session in the kitchen. Roast Pumpkin and Sweet potato soup with a Stilton swirl, Nigella's home made Mincemeat and pies and her Star from the East, a Lamb and Date Tagine are ready are wonderful to eat now or to store in the freezer for the arrival of last minute guests.
