In this Giada at Home video, Giada DeLaurentiis shows how to make fresh blistered Shishito peppers with Olive and Basil Salt. First make the salt using pitted and oil cured olives, basil and course kosher salt. Blend combination, then put on baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
Add grape seed oil to peppers. Pan fry for about 2 minutes on each side until peppers are blistered. The peppers will be smoky. Sprinkle seasoned salt on peppers while still warm so that the salt sticks. Enjoy!
