From street food to fine dining, Japanese cuisine is taking over the American food scene, and Chef Jet Tila makes it easy to bring it into the home kitchen. There are many styles of Sukiyaki across Asia, and Jet's version includes wagyu beef, shirataki noodles and a medley of vegetables. Then, Jet cooks up some Oyako Donburi, the ultimate rice bowl that incorporates premium soy sauce, kombu, sake and mirin to give it that strong umami flavor.
