Ingredients
1 pound fresh fruit, such as cantaloupe, seedless watermelon, strawberries, pineapple or mango, peeled, seeded and cut into 2-inch pieces
1/4 cup sugar, plus more if needed
Pinch kosher salt
Fresh lime juice, if needed
Ice, for serving
Directions
- Put the fruit, sugar, salt and 1 cup cold water in a blender and puree until completely smooth. Taste and season with sugar to make it sweeter or lime juice to make it more tart if needed. Transfer to a large pitcher and stir in 4 cups cold water. Serve cold over ice.
