Ingredients
1 ounce dry gin
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon triple sec or Cointreau
2 tablespoons lemon juice (from half a lemon)
Orange peel, for garnish
Directions
Special equipment:
a cocktail shaker- Put three ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and add the gin, marmalade, triple sec and lemon juice. Cover and shake until combined and frosty. Strain into a martini glass or coupe and garnish with an orange peel.
