Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
Flour, for dusting
1 pound refrigerated pizza dough, at room temperature
1/3 cup pizza sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
Optional Toppings:
Sliced olives, bell peppers, pepperoni, mushrooms, broccoli florets, deli-sliced ham, diced pineapple and/or halved cherry tomatoes

Special equipment:
4-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and lightly grease with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface and roll it with a rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick.
- Using a 4-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter, stamp out 12 hearts from the dough and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce onto each heart, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge. Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce and add any of your desired toppings.
- Bake until the crusts are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly, 13 to 15 minutes.
