Ingredients
2 tablespoons nut or seed butter, hummus, whipped or softened cream cheese or other favorite sandwich spread
Plant-based food coloring, optional
2 pieces sandwich bread
Directions
Special equipment:
a letter cookie cutter- Tint the sandwich spread with plant-based food coloring, if desired. Cover 1 piece of bread with the sandwich spread. Use a letter cookie cutter to cut out the shape in the middle of the second piece of bread. Place the cut-out piece of bread over the spread so the cut-out letter is on top.
