Ingredients
4 whole-wheat bagels, sliced in half horizontally
1/2 cup jarred pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup small broccoli florets, peas and/or cut green beans, steamed
1 roasted red bell pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of the pizza sauce on each bagel half. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the cheese over each, then arrange the vegetables on top to resemble a wreath.
- Cut the roasted red pepper into thin strips and arrange into a ribbon at the base of each wreath.
- Place the pizzas on the prepared baking sheet and bake until the bagels are toasted and the cheese is melted, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
