Greek Frappé is my favorite among coffee recipes. The quantity of water that is used in preparation affects the foam. Very small quantity of water will not produce enough foam while large quantity of water produces soapy foam. If you can add four tablespoons of pear juice to the Frappé, then we get another variety in coffee.
