1 tablespoon peach puree
Sparkling apple cider, chilled
Edible flowers, for serving
Directions
- To an old school champagne bowl or glass, add the peach puree. Top with sparkling apple cider and gently stir with a cocktail stirrer to combine. Garnish with edible flowers.
- Cook's Note: If desired, substitute the sparkling apple cider with your favorite sparkling wine.
