Apple Cider Cocktail

Ingredients

2 cups seedless green grapes, halved

2 cups apple cider

1 cup barrel-aged gin

3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cup ginger liqueur

1 tablespoon orange bitters

Apple slices, for garnish

About 1 cup Vermont hard cider or other hard cider

Directions

  1. Muddle the grapes in a pitcher, using a muddler or wooden spoon. Add the apple cider, gin, lemon juice, ginger liqueur and orange bitters. Cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours.
  2. Serve in glasses over ice, garnished with an apple slice and topped off with hard cider.
