  1. Blend 1 banana, 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1 tablespoon each honey and lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract and 1 cup ice.

Very nice flavor! The only drawback was It is best drunk right away. I put this in an insulated thermos to take to work and drank it within two hours. When I went to drink it, the consistency had changed to a more gel or pudding like consistency that required a spoon to eat it. I haven’t run into this with other smoothie recipes.
