Ingredients
4 slices bacon, coarsely chopped
2 cups water
1 pound collard greens, trimmed, washed and thinly chopped
Dash sugar
Salt
Directions
- Render bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- To rapidly boiling water add collard greens, sugar and salt. Cook until tender. Drain and toss with bacon
