Coriander Spumante with Lime

Ingredients
Bunch of fresh coriander or cilantro, tied
1 (750ml) bottle of Asti spumante, chilled (recommended: Martini and Rossi's Asti Spumanti)
Juice of 1 lime
Directions
- Slightly bruise the coriander.
- In a pitcher, combine the coriander with a very chilled bottle of spumante, and add the freshly squeezed lime juice. Stir well.
