1.5 oz. Jose Cuervo Platino

1 oz. pear puree

1 squeeze fresh lemon juice

.75 oz. simple syrup

1 piece lime wheel

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  2. Garnish with lime wheel.
