INot being a curry lover, I was hesitant to try this recipe. Perhaps curry is an acquired taste, and I've finally (after 70 years) acquired it. These were delicious! Used a purchased rotisserie chicken to save on work, dark AND white meat. I increased the mayo to 4 Tbs. to compensate for the dryness of the breast meat, put them on potato bread, and added a small piece of lettuce to each sandwich. They were a big hit -- even with some of my friends who have trouble with spicy foods.
