Curry Mango Dip

With a nod to some of India’s most beloved ingredients, this spicy-sweet dip combines cream cheese and sour cream with curry powder and mango chutney. Cayenne adds extra heat.

Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

8 ounces sour cream

1 1/2 tablespoons curry

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

1/2 cup mango chutney

Directions

  1. In medium bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream. Add curry, cayenne and chutney. Stir well to combine and chill. Serve in bowl with potato chips or vegetables.

I couldn't put my hands on my cayenne pepper tonight, but it really doesn't need it. Equally good on veggies, chips, or crackers.
