This has been my go to recipe for collard greens for several years now. I use all collard greens with this recipe. The flavors are perfect . Sometimes I add red pepper flakes for a kick. I always pull this recipe up for my traditional New Years Day dinner. I have several of Dave’s recipes saved on this site and they are all delicious !
