Ingredients

1.5 ounces (45 milliliters) pickled sweet chili liquid

1.5 ounces (45 milliliters) rum

1 ounce (30 milliliters) mandarin lime juice

Ice

Soda water, as needed to top off the drink

1 pickled chile, for garnish

Directions

  1. Mix the pickled sweet chili liquid with the rum in a Collins glass, add the mandarin lime juice, then add ice. Top off the drink with soda water. Serve garnished with the pickled chile.
