Dirty Steve's Carolina Gold Wing Sauce

Ingredients

4 cups South Carolina-style BBQ sauce, such as Carolina Gold

4 cups melted butter

1 cup Dirty Steve's Original Wing Sauce, recipe follows, or hot sauce, such as Frank's

8 tablespoons brown sugar

4 tablespoons your favorite BBQ sauce, such as Bull's Eye

4 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

  1. Mix the South Carolina-style BBQ sauce, butter, Dirty Steve's Original Wing Sauce, brown sugar, BBQ sauce and black pepper in a bowl. Stir vigorously until completely combined.

I love this sauce! I use Cattlemen’ gold and franks red hot for main ingredients and sweet baby Rays sweet golden mustard bbq sauce for a few squirts and then follow the rest of the recipe…really solid wing sauce with great flavor and bite!! Cheers! Go Chiefs! Lol
