Ingredients

3 cups lightly packed basil leaves

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1/4 cup pine nuts 

2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped  

1/4 cup olive oil  

Kosher salt 

Directions

  1. Combine the basil, Parmesan, pine nuts and garlic in a food processor and pulse into a coarse paste. While pulsing, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Taste and season with salt. Serve with fresh fusilli or your favorite pasta.
