Ingredients

1 can black beans

1 can diced tomatoes (drained)

1 can corn (drained)

2 T. chili powder

2 T. ground cumin

1 T. salt

½ T. ground cinnamon

*You may substitute two packages of taco seasoning mix for the seasonings and salt.

1 package of Wildwood® Hi-Protein Super Firm, Extra Firm or Firm SprouTofu®

1 can pinto beans

1 can kidney beans

Directions

  1. 1. Place all ingredients in a large stockpot.
  2. 2. Cook over medium high heat mashing the tofu with a wooden spoon for 30 minutes.
